Forgot your password

Your password is essential for access to your account. It ensures the exclusive access
to your personal data.

In case of loss, click on the MY ACCOUNT button at the top right and click on "forgotten password". Fill out the form asking you to enter your email address. It is imperative that the email address entered be the one used for your account Nld showroom otherwise you will not be recognized as a Member.

After validation of the form, watch your e-mail box and receive your new password.

Problem: you do not receive your new password

The problems experienced by some of our customers all have a solution.

1. Sending your password by us is done instantly, however, it may happen that receipt takes several minutes. Wait a moment before considering other solutions below.

2. It may also be that your mailbox blocks receiving this mail some considered undesirable (known as "spam"). If that is the case, try the following:
